Return Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days: The product must be in original condition with the original labels and tags.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
The returned items must not show signs of use.
Photographic or video material showing the defect clearly visible (proof must be sent within 24 hours of our request).
The cost of the return will be borne by the sender.
If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged beyond our control.
Always make sure your package has a tracking code. Without proof of shipment with tracking code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return by post without a tracking code is at your own risk. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:
A. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
B. manufactured by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications (personalization);
C. which are clearly personal;
D. which cannot be returned due to their nature;
Note! Returns without a return slip will not be processed. Products that are not returned in their original packaging or that have already been used cannot be refunded/returned.
Bras, underwear, hair products, make-up, hair care products, consumer products and shapewear CANNOT be returned.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of orders is only possible within 5 minutes after placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are blocked in the processing phase and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
